  • You have worked with Accounting, Finance & Human Resources (HR) before to provide assistance with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis, or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation policies and procedures. 
  • You have a Admin or equivalent Salesforce certification with great Microsoft Excel Skills, Your knowledge on database management (Oracle EBS) is a plus.
  • The ability to establish priorities and follow through on projects, paying close attention to detail with minimal supervision come naturally to you.


What excites you:

  • You have ideas, KPIs and methods to help us drive the PACS sales teams to adopt the best use of SFDC with least manual administration. 
  • You like to influence at senior leadership level in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
  • Guiding the PACS sales teams to ensure they are utilizing SFDC accurately. Coaching them on how they input customer/prospect contact information into the CRM in line with the Business Area Playbook. 
  • You like to strategize and help with establishing working/practical and modern sales processes, policies & procedures. In short you like to lead with accountability and manage the process from cradle to grave. 
  • You take pride to monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization, including senior management. 
  • You know how to enhance or implement systematic processes for the transition of customer/project opportunities between the End User and Channel sales team reducing the risk of duplication.
  • You take the initiative to proactively research into new sales support tools for PACS Sales; including conducting stakeholder investigations, establishing metrics, identifying efficiencies improvements and issues, concluding with an ROI input
  • You deliver and document: 
    • insights and alert action on key measurement indicators
    • reporting and dashboards for management and their teams project requirements    
    • You like working in a global team even if time zone requirements to collaborate can be a stretch


Education and/or Experience:

  • Salesforce System Administrator or 7+ years Salesforce experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent education plus relevant work experience
  • Marketing Automation experience a plus 
  • ERP system experience preferred (Oracle EBS, SAP or comparable)
  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Outlook, Word, Visio)
