This position is to lead the Marcom group within the Identification Technology (IDT) business area within HID Global. In this role, you will report to the VP of Revenue and Strategy and lead a revenue-focused marketing team that is responsible for content creation, event management, outbound marketing, digital and social marketing, and client and partner marketing within a campaign driven environment. Success is measured in lead generation, as well as lead conversion / revenue growth.

 

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with Business Area and Business Unit stakeholders in identifying strategy, plan, budget, calendar and success factors.
  • Collaborate with corporate web and events team to ensure efficient and effective
  • Own campaign design, execution and testing, including email/content marketing strategy, landing pages, webinar execution, paid media, nurture programs, etc.
  • Develop and execute demand creation programs that drive leads and revenue across the Business Area and Business Units.
  • Publish and execute to a monthly editorial calendar.
  • Own Content Plan.
  • Collaborate with the global sales management team to ensure strong lead development and lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with Product Management / Product Marketing to ensure smooth product rollout and promotion.
  • Manage advertising, sponsorships, tradeshows and other tasks related to event and conference management


Who you are

  • BS degree in marketing, communications or related area
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in B2B marketing communications / demand generation / integrated marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of increasing managerial experience.
  • Proficiency in Marketing automation, Web content management, analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)
  • Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with other team members, customers, sales, etc.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • High self-motivation with a sense of urgency
  • Experience in working with and managing external vendor / partner relationships.
  • History of budget management
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Knowledge of  Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation software (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua…)
