The Position:

HID Global’s Extended Access Technologies business area (EAT) is building out a new Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) team that is driving the EAT Lean-Agile business transformation and optimization including the implementation of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This new role, Business Change Manager, will lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives and business enabler epics, with a focus on business efficiency and scalability within the business area, and provide coaching for the EAT business cultural adoption of DevOps.

This dynamic role will report directly to the Senior Manager and has a wide-ranging global area of responsibility and influence for business transformation, business change and continuous improvement across all teams and functions in the business area. The successful Business Change Manager will coach and train cross-functional teams and facilitate the EAT business implementation roadmap of deployment and refinement of SAFe while delivering maximum customer value in everything that they do.

The role requires reasonable levels of personal flexibility to support the needs of the global business working with geographically distributed teams and includes variable frequency of international travel.


What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of managing multiple concurrent business transformation, change management and continuous improvement initiatives with demonstrable experience of delivering results.An Agile coach with a growth mindset, the successful candidate will be an effective communicator to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, have an eye for detail and be an effective problem solver.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and applicable hands-on experience. Project or program management experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments would be advantageous to the role, as would formal qualifications such as SAFe, PRINCE2, APMP, PMI PMP or Lean Six Sigma.
