Main Responsibilities for the clients groups assigned. Other duties may be assigned.

•    Support the HR Director to execute HR strategies of the that enable accomplishment of the business and/or functional objectives. 
•    You will work closely with all levels of the Organization but particular attention will be given to Leaders the BU or Functional Organization they will support. 
•    Support the HRD when it comes to managing the Merger and Acquisition deliverables within the BU or Function, coordinating and involving the applicable HR Generalist on the execution of tasks when needed. 
•    Serve as a consultant and advisor to the defined client group with regards to talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, coaching, performance management, organizational design, change management, talent assessments, leadership development, succession planning programs and more. 
•    Offer guidance and advice to client group team on operational HR activities in accordance with the local, regional and global policies and procedures and employment legislation and guide teams to regional/local HR support as required. 
•    Provide direction and insight in recruitment and selection of key talent. In this role it is considered you will play a more active role in key recruitments a middle management Level within your BU or Function. 
•    Collaborate and work closely with local HR generalists to follow up on activities needed to support the Business / Function
•    Continually monitor HR compliance requirements in the business and insure that risk to HID. 
•    Proactively participate in both the HID-wide and ASSA ABLOY-wide HR initiatives. 

 

Education / Experience / Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences or equivalent), 
•    7+ years in Human Resources with at least 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources Business Partner or Consulting HR.
•    Specific experience in multi-countries and cross regions. Experience at a global level is a plus. The ideal candidate knows how to drive and implement transformational program with a strong background in change management.
•    Experience advising and counselling managers on how to identify and attract key talent, develop succession plans, utilize recognition and rewards to incentivize right behavior, and help managers drive performance improvement and career growth within their teams.
•    Strong knowledge of key HR processes and practices – recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, talent development, employee relations, change management and Employee Engagement 
•    Language Skills Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language is a plus
•    Ability to travel internationally when needed
