Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Senior HRBP who thrives on providing people-centric solutions to solve business challenges. You are a strategic advisor; as such, you are prepared to counsel on everything from strategic organizational design, workforce planning, acquisition integration, to change leadership during times of transition. You have a passion for building relationships and understand the complex challenges leaders face in a dynamic, changing business environment. In this role you will serve as a key partner to the head of the Physical Access Control (PACS) business area and the leadership team driving the people strategy spanning over 1000 employees globally.

You will also closely partner with the Head of HR as a member of the HR leadership team, to co-create and support execution of the company wide people strategy.

  • Collaborate with other People team members across the globe in a positive and proactive way

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong HR background (organization development, employee relations, compensation, acquisition integration, management development and coaching), minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Master at coaching. Good influencing skills and the ability to assert an “unpopular” opinion when necessary
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to diagnose the systemic issues and look at holistic solutions
  • Experience advising and counseling managers on how to identify and attract key talent, develop succession plans, utilize recognition and rewards to incent behavior, and help managers drive performance improvement and career growth within their teams
  • Ability to collaborate, contribute and thrive within a fast-paced team environment
  • Must be able to navigate through ambiguity and constant change
  • Must be able to work across in a matrix organization
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in organizations of high growth and global complexity.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • B.S./B.A or equivalent in HR, business or related field. MBA and/or PHR/SPHR preferred

Ideal Candidate

  • You get stuff done…fast and smart yet making sure that your key stakeholders are with you.
  • You like to take initiative. You enjoy working with a diverse group of opinionated people who work together to reach a common goal. You can understand and align new initiatives to company strategy. You listen extremely well to uncover business requirements that will help define your programs. You develop relevant and compelling strategies which you can easily translate into actionable plans.
  • You work well with others. You know the nuances of when to let others speak, and when/how to insert yourself—without ego—and always remain focused on identifying and solving the business problems at hand. You understand that influencing requires winning both hearts and minds. You also have experience working at all levels of the company, up to executive leadership. You know how to tap into your network and marshal resources to accomplish your goals.
  • You meet the organization where it is but aren’t afraid to challenge the way things are done. You have a knack for looking at things from new or different perspectives. You are willing to challenge how things are done and take the best of the past to build something new and better for the future.
