The primary responsibility of this role will be the ongoing design, development and maintenance of one of our core SDK product lines.  In this key development position, you will have responsibility for innovating code designs and solutions that provide both modularization and scalability of development.  This is role requiring the ability to effectively deliver high quality code that meet feature and schedule goals.  You will work closely with our software development and test engineering teams to release world-class products.



This technician will support engineering with development of fingerprint reader products and participate the development of fingerprint enabled devices. The ideal candidate will be able to work on various tasks and willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.



  • Prototyping and debugging
  • Prototype of electro/mechanical/optical devices
  • Electronic circuit board debug and test
  • Product testing including reports
  • Product release documentation
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience with at least 2+ working with an Engineering group
  • Able to solder fine pitch electronics for rework
  • Able to read electronic circuits
  • MS Office including Excel/Work/Powerpoint


Strongly Preferred:

  • Machine shop experience
  • Experience with production environments



  • AA/AS or equivalent combination of education and experience
