We are seeking a dynamic, out-of-the-box-thinker with skills to design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes. The Senior Software Engineer engages directly with management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and sometimes vendors to ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of technology-based solutions.


Our desired candidate will be able to drive the software change, assisting with the overall maturity of the software development lifecycle. Ultimately, ensure that software deliverables comply with quality standards and are completed on time.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements
  • Contribute to the architecture, design, and development of new product features, components, workflows, proof of concept prototypes, interface, and agents to third
  • party systems using their SDK/APIs.   
  • Participate in Scaled Agile software development process performing tasks including coding and testing modules, maintaining, tuning application and related components.
  • Participate in troubleshooting/task identification, work effort estimates, and work schedules for development and maintenance activities.   
  • Ensure that all tasks are performed in accordance with specific internal procedures and standards, as well as industry best practices   
  • Ensure and demonstrate code quality through comprehensive and effective unit testing coverage.    
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, product managers, quality assurance, support, and operations.   
  • Should have a passion for clean, maintainable code and are always looking to improve your engineering skills.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred). Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Excellent understanding of software development within the .NET Framework ecosystem   
  • 8+ years of development experience with MVC, .NET/C#, Javascript.    
  • Experience with Angular or related JavaScript framework   
  • Good knowledge of relational databases – MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL and similar.    
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD Pipeline is required
  • SaaS (Software As A Service) delivery concepts and best practices highly desired
  • Respect for Computer Science fundamentals, design patterns and development best practices   
  • A passion for getting to the bottom of issues and eliminating unknowns   
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to drive hard technical conversations that yield quality solutions   
  • A genuine desire to work collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders   
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile frameworks highly desired
  • Experience with Jira project management tools and implementation of best practices in Agile tools and workflows.
  • Experience with and working knowledge of Distributed Version Control systems such as Git
