The Position:

Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like recruitment, on-boarding, organising trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You will also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation as a whole. Your main role is based in Switzerland but you also support other countries as required. You will participate in various projects and continuous improvement of the services delivered by the HR department in order to support the business and growth of our company.

 

What we are looking for:

Relevant HR qualifications and 3-5 years+ HR experience at specialist or generalist level. The ideal candidate can work on own initiative and in a fast-paced environment.

They would have relevant knowledge in labor law and social insurances and a  sound knowledge of Swiss employment legislation.

The Ability to effectively communicate in French, Italian and English language verbally and in writing is essential.

Some travel will be required
