The Inside Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the inside sales group and manager.  This position is an administrative focused role responsible for service contract activations and all other administrative functions assigned by Inside Sales Manager.

What you will be doing

  • Service Contract Activations.
  • Maintain process documentation and forms.
  • Provide yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily sales reports.
  • Daily processing of RMA sales orders.
  • Perform service contract follow-ups, through emails and phone calls, on quotes with no customer response.
  • Manage Oracle Installed Base and the shared Outlook email inbox.
  • Interacts extensively with internal / external customers.
  • Intercompany liaison for finance, order management and customer support inquiries and action items.
  • Maintain process documentation and forms on SharePoint Sales team site.
  • Maintain process documentation and forms in Inside Sales network folder.
  • Will be asked to work on ad hoc assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Back-up for other roles in Inside Sales.
  • In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similar work-related duties as assigned.

What we are looking for    

  • Associates degree preferred, but not required.
  • 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Possesses knowledge specific to the business of service contract renewals.
  • Professional and experienced business manner, able to discuss sales-related business over the phone and email with customers.
  • Demonstrated success in evaluating customer needs and developing actions plans.
  • Enthusiastic personality with a strong desire to learn.
  • Able to sustain high levels of energy and motivation in dealing with repetitive tasks / opportunities.
  • Ability to create reports that communicate well
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with expert level excel functions, such as pivot tables, vlookups and advanced formulas.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Oracle a plus.
  • Activate all service contracts in a timely manner
  • Process all RMA’s in less than 24 hours
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country you are hired.
